About:

MechMedic is an Unreal Engine game in which you play as a robot to explore a destroyed city, collecting cogs and making your way to the center to power up the robot. The game thrusts players into a nonlinear world to explore and find the rest.


Roles:
Designer - I collaborated with the programmers and artists to design the mechanics and levels in under 48 hours. Arranged playtests to gather feedback and refine the game. Assisted with refining the levels and gameplay based on feedback.

Lessons Learned:

o  When working on a project in a short time frame, smaller teams work better. The exception is when the team knows each other well and have experienced leadership.
